I didn’t grow up around wealth. I didn’t have a trust fund or family connections in real estate. What I did have was a relentless work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a vision for something much bigger.
A few years ago, I was $91K in credit card debt, working long hours, and trading time for money. I knew there had to be a better way to create freedom for myself and my family.
That’s when I discovered multifamily real estate.
In under 5 years, I built Gibby’s Capital Investments from scratch—scaling to 2,200+ units and $282M in assets under management.
Fast forward to 2025, Gibby’s Capital was able to merged with a mentor of mine forming Axxis Capital, where I now serve as one of the Co-Founders and Managing Partners of the investment firm.
